Travel time is around 45 minutes, with coach connections to Cape Jarvis available from both Adelaide and Goolwa. Once in Penneshaw island connections are available to American River and Kingscote. REX Airlines also provides regular daily services to and from Kangaroo Island, operating between the main terminal at Adelaide Airport and Kingscote Airport.
